Sometimes, either due to updates or other software on you computer, it may be possible that the theme on your computer is set to the older grey theme.If this happens, it is likely that your computer has somehow automatically disabled the themes service.To restore the themes service, follow these instructions:

  1. Click Start Button
  2. Type in services.msc and hit the enter key
  3.  If you get a prompt to confirm admin privileges, click continue.
  4. Find the “Themes” entry
  5. Double Click on Themes
  6. Click restart (and if there is an option that says “Disabled at Start-up” change this to automatic startup

This should likely bring back you theme.
